Seaboard Drilling leadership updates
We’re pleased to share recent leadership updates that support continued growth at Seaboard Drilling. These changes reflect the experience and depth of our team as we continue serving projects across the region.

Mike Glynn now serves as Director of Drilling Field Operations based in our Springfield, Massachusetts office. In this role, he leads field teams across Southern New England and New Hampshire, overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting field crews. His work emphasizes safety, efficiency, and consistent project execution.
Mike began his career as a Driller’s Apprentice in 1997 with CE Pratt & Son and joined Seaboard Drilling Inc. in 1998. He advanced through roles operating Earthprobe and drill rigs, installing monitoring wells, and performing soil sampling, building experience that supported his promotion to Driller in 2003. Since then, he has operated a range of drill rigs and Geoprobes, gaining experience across all six New England states and New York. He was promoted to Drilling Operations Manager in 2023.

Kevin Hanscom now serves as Director of Drilling Business Operations based in our Bangor, Maine office, supporting operations across Northern New England. He coordinates schedules, resources, and workload planning to position teams for efficient, high-quality client service.
Kevin joined S.W. Cole Engineering, Inc. (S.W.COLE) in 1991, where he spent 24 years working primarily as a Geotechnical Engineer. In 2015, S.W.COLE launched a test boring exploration subsidiary, where Kevin played a key role in its development, serving as General Manager and Driller. In 2020, he began working as a Driller specializing in rotary drilling and Cone Penetration Testing (CPT). In 2023, S.W. Cole acquired Seaboard Drilling Inc. and merged it with its existing drilling operations to form Seaboard Drilling, LLC. Kevin was promoted to Drilling Operations Manager in 2025.
These leadership updates reflect the strength and experience of our drilling team and support continued service across New England.
