Culture Champion: Jarrett Sudyka

We are proud to recognize this quarter’s recipient of our Quarterly Culture Champion award, Jarrett Sudyka, a Driller at our Springfield, Massachusetts office. This recognition celebrates team members who consistently exemplify our core values and help foster a strong, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture. Through his attitude, actions, and everyday interactions, Jarrett makes a meaningful impact on his team and reflects the culture we strive to build across our organization.

Jarrett brings positive energy to the team that strengthens morale and creates a supportive, collaborative environment. His helpful nature and team‑first approach make him easy to work with and valued by his teammates. He is willing to take on whatever is asked of him and maintains a positive attitude and good humor, even when tackling challenging or unexpected tasks.

In addition to his positive impact on team culture, Jarrett brings strong technical skills to his work. He is mechanically inclined and always willing to lend those skills to help in the shop or out in the field. Jarrett is effective at diagnosing problems and fixing them, and he remains calm and level‑headed when faced with challenges.

Through both his attitude and his actions, Jarrett continues to grow in his role while positively influencing those around him.
