He is willing to take on whatever is asked of him and maintains a positive attitude and good humor, even when tackling challenging or unexpected tasks.

In addition to his positive impact on team culture, Jarrett brings strong technical skills to his work. He is mechanically inclined and always willing to lend those skills to help in the shop or out in the field. Jarrett is effective at diagnosing problems and fixing them, and he remains calm and level‑headed when faced with challenges.
