Culture Champion: Joe Nitsch

We are proud to announce our first Quarterly Culture Champion: Joe Nitsch, a Driller based out of our Springfield, Massachusetts location. This award celebrates individuals who consistently demonstrate our CORE VALUES (commitment, quality, integrity and safety) and who help build a strong, collaborative team environment. Nominations were collected beginning in July, and after careful consideration, our selection team chose Joe as our inaugural honoree.
