Culture Champion: Jay Adams
We are pleased to recognize Jay Adams, a Drill Foreman II/Shop Foreman at our Somersworth, New Hampshire office, as our Quarterly Culture Champion.

Jay demonstrates a strong commitment to the team’s values and goals. He follows through on his responsibilities while supporting others and approaches his work with integrity and a collaborative mindset, setting a positive example for those around him.
Jay has shown a clear willingness to take on challenging assignments for the good of the team. Most recently, he volunteered to travel out of state and remain away for an extended period to help deliver timely service to a client.
Since stepping into the role of Shop Foreman, Jay has become a key point of contact for the Somersworth crews. He proactively bridges communication gaps, particularly when supervisors are not on site, and plays an important role in training and supporting newer team members.
Engineers describe Jay as approachable and easy to work with. They value the care he brings to his work and his focus on doing things properly so field teams can collect the data they need. He builds strong working relationships with teammates, field engineers, and clients.
Jay is also recognized for his adaptability. Whether responding to changing field conditions or adjusting schedules and assignments, he remains flexible and focused on supporting the team’s success.
