Jeremy (Jay) Adams has been promoted to Shop Foreman/Driller at our Somersworth, New Hampshire office. Jay began with us in September 2021 as a Drilling Assistant and was later promoted to Driller. In his new role, he will continue to serve as a Driller while also taking on the responsibilities of Shop Foreman. Jay has thrived in his role as a Driller and has shown both his ability and desire to help manage the day-to-day material needs in the New Hampshire office.  Since taking on the Shop Foreman responsibilities, he has proactively reached out to project managers and helped coordinate work requests. We look forward to seeing him grow in his new role.

Michael (Mike) Kern is now a Shop Foreman/Driller at our Springfield, Massachusetts location. Mike joined our team in February 2023, when Seaboard Drilling, Inc. merged with S.W.COLE Explorations, LLC. Mike had several years of experience working for Seaboard Drilling, Inc. He has earned this promotion through consistently strong performance, taking initiative beyond his role, and delivering reliable results that positively impact the team. He’s also demonstrated leadership by mentoring others and handling increased responsibility with professionalism and accountability.

Congratulations to Jay and Mike, and we look forward to seeing you continue to grow.
